About Us

We are located in SW Florida, in a lovely community called Rotonda West, about 15 minutes from the white sandy Gulf beaches of Boca Grande Beach and Englewood Beach. Many other gorgeous beaches, local shops and restaurants are close by as well (see photos for map of location).  

You will be staying in our brand new, three bedroom, two bath home with a split, open floor plan in the Pine Valley section of Rotonda West.  We are located about an hour and twenty minutes from Ft. Myers Airport, an hour from Sarasota airport, forty-five minutes from Punta Gorda Airport and about an hour and a half from Tampa Bay Airport.  

We are a non-smoking, pet free home (no exceptions, sorry).

Our maximum is 6 guests.  We will consider up to 8 in limited circumstances  Our home is located on a freshwater canal at the very end of a dead-end street with little to no traffic in a very quiet neighborhood. 

 THE BEDROOMS:  

The master bedroom has a king bed, tray ceilings, a ceiling fan, a 55" smart TV, a walk-in closet with an en-suite master bath that has a walk-in shower, dual shower heads and a seat. 

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, an oversized window with a view of the pool and lanai and a 40" smart TV.  
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed, a ceiling fan and a 40" smart TV.  
All mattresses are Serta mattresses.  We believe everyone deserves a good night's sleep!

The den has a ceiling fan and a queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa.  The den also has a desk so you can work remotely if needed (high speed xfinity internet included at no extra charge).

THE LANAI AND POOL AREA:  
Relax outside on our comfortable chairs or eat dinner at our large patio table under our covered lanai in our screened-in pool area. We have the "no-seem-um" screens on our pool to protect you from Florida's little bugs.
The saltwater pool is heated to 84 degrees (higher for an extra charge) and we also have an adjacent hot tub for you to relax in at your leisure, heated to 102 (higher for an extra charge).  
The freshwater canal behind the house is full of Florida wildlife and well stocked with fish. We ask that you respect nature and not bother the alligators if you see them, and catch and release all fish if you desire to do some fishing while here. Feel free to sit on the dock in our Adirondack chairs and just take in mother nature.  

AMENITIES:  
Everything you need to vacation is provided, from linens to beach towels to kitchen appliances and cookware - just bring your flip flops!  Self check in/check out, high speed internet, outdoor shower, large capacity washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the things you will need to prepare anything from a quick meal to a gourmet meal, including a coffee pot that has a Keurig and a brewing pot.  We also provide an outdoor gas grill, along with other standard items you'll need, such as an iron, two hairdryers, all utensils, dishes, etc. (see "Amenities" tab for specific list of appliances, etc.)

• Owner's cancellation policy - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

 Come relax and enjoy the peaceful serenity of your very own slice of heaven in Rotonda West Florida, our oasis near the beach. Drink coffee on our lanai while listening to the birds sing, taking in Florida's wildlife with a view of the freshwater canal.  Our house is fully stocked - just bring your flip flops!    

  My name is Christyn and my husband is Chris. We have two kids and built this home for our future plans to retire to Florida. Our daughter has autism and loves the warm weather and to swim, and our son is in high school and loves to fish, so this home will be our final landing place when we retire and they finish school. In the meantime, when we can't visit, we're excited to share it with you.
