If you are looking for a NEW, CLEAN and well-appointed home, look no further! This home is brand spanking new, has a beautiful pool and hot tub with seating on the lanai we enjoyed! The home quickly puts you in vacation mode, with the flip flops, flamingos and beach theme throughout. Bedrooms are excellent size and beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and generously sized. Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home with ample seating. We enjoyed the quiet area and close proximity to the beach. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond upon our arrival and prior to our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful home to enjoy with your family!

Perfect for a family getaway!

The location was amazing. Close to 2 different beaches. Amazing heated pool and hot tub. Everything you could ask for is there. Well appointed house. We would love to stay here again.

 Amazing Vacation Home 

 We absolutely loved our stay!! The home is amazing with everything you could need, that is no exaggeration. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the canal and lounging in the pool and hot tub. This neighborhood is close to everything, stores, restaurants, beaches. We have been coming to this area for 30 years and will definitely stay here again. Owners were a pleasure to work with and got quick responses to any of our questions. LOVED IT!!!!!

Happy days!

We know Rotonda well, and Christyn’s new home fitted our needs perfectly. On the canal and located at the furthermost end of Rotonda it was quiet and peaceful. As a new build it was well equipped and very comfortably furnished- the pool and hot tub were a real bonus and Christyn was very responsive if anything was needed. We have booked again for an extended winter stay - which says it all!

Beautiful spacious home, with quality furnishings and appliances.

Upon arrival we noticed the home was immaculate with high quality appliances and furnishings and tastefully decorated The pool and hot tub was just as pictured (super clean) and maintained weekly. Three sliding glass doors that led to pool that has the ability to be alarmed if opened, great if you have children.  Christyn was in contact during our stay checking to see if we needed anything. The contract was very straight forward and all of the conditions and requirements were explained very clearly.  Beaches were about a 30 minute drive. Great for families with children. Would definitely recommend Great shelling and shark tooth hunting.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location, May 23, 2024

From the minute I enquired about the villa Christyn Was helpful and answered all my questions and throughout our stay The Villa is lovely , very clean and the pool and spa is heated to a lovely temperatures. The sunrise is lovely from the decking . The villa is in a Christyn Has thought of everything and even purchased a kettle for us ( we brits like a kettle to boil water for tea) We have just returned home and already looking at dates and availability for our next holiday Thank you for being an amazing host
